Role Description This full time Digital Marketing Manager role is a hybrid position based in the Mohali district, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels, including search, social media, email, and web, to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing the digital marketing strategy, creating and overseeing content for social platforms, coordinating paid campaigns, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
