Role Description The Sr. Motion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading the development of motion design assets for brand campaigns and digital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and creating motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with brand strategies and creative briefs. The role involves building storyboards, defining visual narratives, and collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, cohesive output. The Sr. Motion Designer will also oversee portions of the video production process, provide creative direction to junior designers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires a robust eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate brand messaging into engaging visual motion experiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused work.




Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding, including visual storytelling and narrative development.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, sound integration, and preparing assets for multiple platforms.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or similar 3D software, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead motion design role within branding, advertising, or digital agencies.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
