Job Description
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests,



Heartists, visitors and hotel property. Ensure effective surveillance, access control, regular security patrols and timely response to security incidents and emergencies. Monitor CCTV and hotel security systems, control access to restricted areas, maintain security records and prepare incident reports. Support fire and life-safety procedures, emergency response, lost & found processes and investigations as required. Coordinate with various hotel departments to address security concerns and ensure compliance with hotel and Accor security standards. Maintain a qualified, alert and service-oriented approach while ensuring guest and Heartist safety at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+2 / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in hotel security, hospitality, corporate security, defence or a similar environment preferred.
