Role Description
This is a full-time, on-field role located in Ahmedabad for a Property Consultant at Real Estate Pundits (REP). We are looking for a proactive and driven Property Consultant who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, and close real estate deals. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong business development skills and the ability to identify clients seeking residential or commercial (office) spaces.

Key Responsibilities




Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property insights
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, field sales, or business development (freshers with solid sales aptitude can also apply)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
Basic knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
