? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end NPI activities and project timelines
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, Logistics & Customer teams
• Review customer drawings,
schematics, BOMs and 2D/3D harness layouts
• Support DFM and manufacturing feasibility improvements
• Identify risks related to tooling, materials, connectors, routing & assembly
• Plan and manage prototype, pilot & validation builds
• Track project actions, issues, risks and corrective actions
• Support process improvements for successful SOP and production readiness

? What We’re Looking For:
Candidates with experience in Automotive Wire Harness / Electrical Systems / NPI / Project Engineering, along with strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
