Role Description The Head - Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across domestic and international markets. The role involves managing key customer accounts,



building long-term relationships with global hospitality, retail, and service brands, and driving revenue growth through new business development and upselling existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring and directing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent, data-driven sales forecasting and reporting. The Head - Sales will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to align client requirements with Heather Grey’s solutions, manage complex sales cycles, and oversee negotiations and contract closures. This role also entails market analysis, competitor tracking, and continuous improvement of sales processes to support sustainable business growth.
