About The Role

The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Global IT Project and Portfolio Manager, supports the effective planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the Global IT portfolio as well as assisting with day-to-day administrative activities.



Working closely with workstream leads, technical teams and business stakeholders, the role helps ensure projects remain organised, well governed and aligned to agreed scope, timelines, budgets and outcomes.

This role provides project administration, delivery support and administrative coordination for the Global IT team, maintaining accurate information and enabling timely decision-making. The Project Coordinator will track actions, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, while supporting leadership priorities, schedules, communications and governance activities across Global IT.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Delivery Support

Support the mobilisation, planning, and day-to-day coordination of multiple Global IT initiatives.
Maintain project plans, deliverables, action logs and workstream trackers, ensuring information remains accurate, up to date and accessible.
