Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our sports company. The candidate will be responsible for handling Sales Leads, understanding their requirements, explaining sports products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generating Sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sports products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents when required.
Maintain proper product displays.
Coordinate with inventory, dispatch,



and other internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Stay updated on sports products, competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in sports, retail, fitness, or a related industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and sales reporting.
Ability to work on-site and interact confidently with customers.
Knowledge or interest in sports will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
