Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented Performance Media Buyer with 2+ years of hands-on experience running aggressive direct-response campaigns across competitive and tightly regulated verticals (Lead Gen, Health & Wellness, Software/Utilities, E-commerce Arbitrage).
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up multi-account ad architectures, managing dynamic traffic routing, split-testing high-converting angles, and scaling campaigns during active US market hours (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
End-to-End Campaign Management: Launch, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Networks (Taboola/Outbrain), TikTok, and Push/DSP platforms.
Traffic Routing & Tracking Architecture: Set up and manage advanced server-side tracking, postbacks, dynamic traffic filters,



and redirect funnels using tracking software (e.g., Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack).
Account Infrastructure & Continuity: Maintain distributed ad accounts, anti-detect browser configurations (Dolphin{anty}, AdsPower), proxy setups, and billing profiles to ensure consistent campaign uptime.
Creative Testing & Angle Exploration: Conceptualize, launch, and test aggressive direct-response angles, interactive pre-landers, quiz funnels, and advertorials to maximize CTR and ROAS.
Live Campaign Optimization: Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and landing page performance in real time during peak night hours (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST).
Policy Compliance & Asset Recovery: Troubleshoot account rejections, optimize bridge pages to align with network guidelines, and manage appeals efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of practical media buying experience in direct-response marketing or competitive performance
