Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Blood Bank Technician. The Blood Bank Technician will be responsible for performing blood compatibility tests, ensuring accurate labeling and storage of blood samples, and following standardized laboratory procedures. Day-to-day tasks include running diagnostic tests,



maintaining equipment, documenting results, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure efficient blood bank operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Terminology relevant to blood bank and laboratory processes
Competency in Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Medicine
Experience in Venipuncture techniques and related procedures
Strong Customer Service skills to communicate with patients and medical staff effectively
Attention to detail and adherence to safety and sterilization protocols
A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field
Relevant experience in blood bank or laboratory settings is preferred
