Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the specialist will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote DALMAF’s services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients. The role involves explaining service offerings clearly,



addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or designated systems. The specialist will follow up on leads, schedule appointments or demonstrations for senior team members, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets. The role also includes providing consistent customer support, handling basic service-related issues, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear and qualified phone etiquette.
Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling in a service-oriented environment.
Ability to deliver or participate in Training related to telesales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
