Role Description The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site safety across South India, with a primary focus on work-at-height activities, material handling, equipment operation, and installation activities.
Key responsibilities include:




Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards, statutory requirements, and site-specific safety procedures.
Monitor proper use of PPE and fall protection systems during installation activities.
Conduct and support safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site teams.
Monitor safe operation of lifting equipment, access equipment, and material-handling systems.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation such as HIRA, JSA, MSRA, WMS, inspection reports, and training records.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Technical, Training, and Service teams to ensure safe execution of projects.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all project sites.
Travel across South India as required to
