Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at interior project sites. This position includes coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
The Site Supervisor will monitor progress, manage site workforce, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and daily work reports. The role involves inspecting completed work, addressing site issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. The Site Supervisor will also support client visits at the site, provide status updates, and help ensure timely handover of completed spaces.
