About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to work closely with the management team in supporting business development, international business, market research, and day-to-day commercial activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or early-career skilled who wants hands-on exposure to B2B business development, international markets, and business management.
The role will involve direct interaction with existing and prospective customers and will provide significant exposure to management-level decision-making and business growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development & Export Support
Assist in handling export enquiries and international customer communication.
Support preparation and coordination of export-related commercial documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners and other agencies where required.
Research potential customers,



distributors, agents and business partners in international markets.
Track international industry developments and identify potential export opportunities.
Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct structured research on potential customers, competitors, industries and new markets.
Identify relevant companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn, industry directories, exhibitions and other sources.
Prepare prospect lists and market intelligence reports for management.
Research upcoming exhibitions, industry events and potential business-development opportunities.
Support pre- and post-exhibition customer outreach and follow-ups.
Management & Business Operations Support
Work closely with management on various business development and executive-level assignments.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting notes and business reviews.
