Laurel High Global School (Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh) is looking for an experienced and responsible Building Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and repair of building facilities, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and high-quality standards.

? Key Responsibilities
? Oversee structural integrity, civil execution, and quality assessments to ensure overall building safety and sound construction standards.
?️ Coordinate repairs related to civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
? Plan & Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
? Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution.
? Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
?️ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
? Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
? Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
? Prepare maintenance reports and updates for management.





? Requirements
? Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
.⏳ 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility supervision (4+ years of work experience in Civil Construction preferred)
.⚡ Knowledge of civil maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building operations
.? Strong leadership and team supervision skills
.?️ Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
.? Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
