We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with experience in sourcing and procurement within the ICM, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or discrete manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current suppliers.
Handle RFQs, quotation analysis, and price negotiations.
Source electronic components, raw materials, and manufacturing requirements.
Develop alternate suppliers and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning teams.
Maintain sourcing and procurement records in SAP/ERP.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
SAP/ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Experience in ICM / Electronics / Semiconductor / EMS manufacturing will be an advantage.
