Role Description This is a full time, in office Hospital Administrator role based in Shahjahanpur. The Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations,



ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical, nursing, and administrative teams; managing staff schedules; monitoring performance indicators; and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The role involves supporting compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, managing budgets and resource utilization, and contributing to strategic planning for hospital growth and improvement. The Administrator will also collaborate with TISHHA consultants on implementation of HMIS, digital initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in hospital operations management, workflow optimization, and coordination of clinical and support services.
