Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced tender executive/tender manager with robust expertise in handling government, PSU, private, and corporate tenders. The candidate should be capable of independently identifying suitable tender opportunities, preparing complete tender documentation, submitting bids through various e-tendering portals, and coordinating the tender process from identification to award.
Experience in construction, civil works, infrastructure, waterproofing, repair & rehabilitation, construction chemicals, or related industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
· Search and identify relevant government, PSU, CPWD, PWD, GeM, railway, and private sector tenders.
· Regularly monitor tender portals for new business opportunities.
· Study NITs, RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and contractual conditions.
· Prepare and submit complete technical and financial bids within deadlines.




· Handle online tender submissions through GeM, CPPP/eProcure, and other state/departmental e-tendering portals.
· Prepare all supporting documentation, including:
· Technical bid documents
· Financial bids / BOQs
· Company credentials
· Experience certificates
· Work completion certificates
· Turnover and financial documents
· GST, PAN, and statutory registrations
· EMD/Bid Security documentation
· Tender declarations, affidavits, and undertakings
· Coordinate with technical, accounts, purchase, and management teams for required tender inputs.
· Ensure compliance with all tender eligibility and submission requirements.
· Attend and coordinate pre-bid meetings wherever required.
· Prepare tender costing and coordinate with the commercial/technical team for competitive pricing.
· Manage EMD, tender fees, performance bank guarantees, and security deposits related to tenders.
