StratAgile is looking for an experienced Office Head / Tech Lead to lead our technical delivery while also taking ownership of the Kochi office operations and team.

What we're looking for:
10–15 years of experience in technology and software delivery
Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery and technical leadership
Hands-on experience in at least one technology stack
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, resource management and delivery
Ability to manage client expectations, timelines and delivery commitments
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance technical leadership, project delivery and office management
Experience in managing or supporting day-to-day operations of a technology office/team is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technology project delivery and ensure quality and timely outcomes
Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams
Manage and mentor the Kochi-based technical team
Take ownership of the Kochi office, including team coordination, collaboration and day-to-day operational requirements
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
Review technical approaches, architecture and delivery plans
Support resource planning, hiring and team development
Drive a positive, cooperative and high-performance culture within the Kochi office
Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of StratAgile's technology operations
