We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Post Sales) with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably someone with prior experience working on Healthcare IT projects or healthcare-related software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of healthcare processes, software development, and client requirements,



along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The candidate should be able to understand client needs and effectively translate them into business and functional solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete pre-sales and post-sales process, including lead qualification, requirement gathering, solution understanding, proposal support, and account coordination.
Understand client business needs, particularly in the Healthcare IT domain, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders and prepare detailed documentation.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant business documentation.
Coordinate with the Business Development, Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
