The Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive enterprise business development in the US market. You'll own outbound pipeline generation, run structured outreach campaigns, and carry conversations from first touch through qualified handoff (and eventually close) with US-based enterprise buyers. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands tech sales as a system — not just a set of cold emails.
What You'll Do
Own and execute outbound business development for US enterprise prospects, primarily in healthcare, wellness,



and other regulated/tech-forward verticals
Design, build, and optimize multi-touch email drip campaigns and outreach workflows using tools like Lemlist, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar platforms
Personalize outreach at scale — segmenting lists, A/B testing subject lines and sequences, and iterating based on open/reply/conversion data
Run discovery calls with US prospects, clearly articulating Avishkar AI's value proposition across our product lines (voice AI, WhatsApp AI agents, document intelligence, computer vision, agentic automation)
Handle objections confidently and navigate common enterprise buying friction points (budget, security/compliance concerns, build-vs-buy, procurement cycles)
Qualify leads against ICP criteria and manage a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM
Coordinate closely with the founder-led GTM team on positioning, messaging, and account strategy
