About the Role
Denmonk is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who understands growth, not just marketing.
We need someone who can take ownership of our complete digital ecosystem across D2C and B2B, from running performance campaigns and generating sales to building B2B leads, managing social media strategy, improving website funnels, and analyzing what is actually driving revenue.

What You'll OwnPerformance Marketing
• Plan, execute and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run D2C sales, catalog, retargeting and conversion campaigns
• Generate quality B2B retailer, distributor and wholesaler leads
• Manage prospecting and remarketing audiences
• Test creatives, audiences, hooks, offers and campaign structures
• Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversions




• Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably
D2C & E-commerce Growth
• Take ownership of Denmonk's D2C website growth
• Optimize the complete funnel:
Traffic → Product View → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat Purchase
• Increase website conversion rate and AOV
• Reduce cart and checkout drop-offs
• Plan offers, bundles, upsells and cross-sells
• Coordinate website merchandising, collections, products and promotional campaigns
• Robust Shopify knowledge preferred
B2B Digital Growth
• Run B2B lead-generation campaigns
• Generate leads from retailers, resellers, wholesalers and distributors
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversions, not just CPL
• Build remarketing and lead-nurturing funnels
• Coordinate WhatsApp and CRM follow-ups
• Track the entire funnel:
Ad Spend → Leads → Qualified Leads → Orders → Revenue
Social Media & Content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form co
