Role Description The Supervisor – Production (Specialty Chemicals) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the production unit. This role includes managing production lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules, monitoring equipment and process parameters, and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. The supervisor will coordinate with cross-functional teams, allocate workforce and resources, track material usage, and promptly resolve operational issues to meet output and efficiency targets. Daily responsibilities also include updating production reports, implementing process improvements, training team members on standard operating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in leading production teams.




Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and the ability to develop and manage Production Schedules.
Candidates should possess competencies in Production Management, including monitoring processes, resources, and output quality.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
Relevant experience in specialty chemicals or chemical manufacturing, with knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, is highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field is preferred.
Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices are advantageous.
