Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute,



and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting up and tracking performance metrics, running A/B tests, and continuously improving targeting, creatives, and landing pages to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging, refine audience segments, and develop high-impact marketing funnels. The Performance Marketer will regularly analyze data, prepare performance reports, and recommend actionable strategies to scale successful campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
Qualifications

Strong skills in performance marketing channels such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display advertising, with a track record of driving measurable results.
