ROLE OBJECTIVE
To lead the design, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital platforms for Bajaj Capital's financial services ecosystem. The VP Engineering will convert business priorities into secure, scalable, high-performing technology solutions while building engineering discipline across architecture, delivery, QA, DevOps, automation, and production support.
ROLE SUMMARY
Own end-to-end engineering execution across requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, production rollout, and platform support.
Partner closely with business, product, operations, compliance, infrastructure,



and security teams to define roadmaps and deliver technology outcomes.
Lead modernization of legacy systems through cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, DevOps, automation, observability, and secure engineering practices.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while establishing solid governance, release discipline, sprint discipline, and stakeholder communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Technology Leadership
Partner with senior business leaders and product stakeholders to understand strategic and operational requirements.
Define technology roadmaps aligned to business growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance needs.
Lead digital transformation initiatives across applications, platforms, workflows, integrations, and enterprise systems.
Present technology plans, delivery updates, risks, investment needs, and trade-offs to leadership stakeholders.
