About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to own day-to-day accounting and financial operations across the agency. You'll be the single point of accountability for our books, compliance, and financial coordination — someone who catches discrepancies before they become problems and keeps every division's numbers clean and current.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books and ledgers in Tally Prime and Zoho Books across business divisions
Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and monthly bank reconciliations
Manage GST and TDS filings, payments, and reconciliations end-to-end
Track expenses, accruals,



and fund flows across divisions; flag variances proactively
Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Support cash flow planning, budget monitoring, and cost control
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks on statutory and audit requirements
Drive collections follow-up; maintain clean, current records of receivables and payables
Keep all vouchers, documentation, and entries organised and audit-ready at all times

What We're Looking For
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in a services or agency setting
Strong hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and Zoho Books (or similar)
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance
Someone who follows up without being chased, and flags issues before they're asked to
Comfortable working independently with high accuracy and ownership

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
