Role Overview:
As a Team Lead – Sales – Employability at Crack-ED, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives focused on driving candidate enrolments, revenue, and business growth for Crack-ED’s employability programs.
You will own the sales journey from lead generation and candidate counselling to conversion, enrolment, and onboarding, while ensuring a robust candidate experience and achievement of individual and team targets. The role requires a combination of sales leadership, career counselling, performance management, and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete sales funnel from lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, conversion, fee closure, and enrolment.
Monitor the candidate pipeline closely and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead-to-enrolment conversion.
Understand candidate career aspirations, eligibility, and requirements to ensure appropriate program recommendations.
Ensure the team effectively communicates the career, employability,



and professional outcomes of Crack-ED programs to prospective candidates.
Track key sales metrics including lead conversion, counselling-to-enrolment ratio, revenue, follow-up efficiency, pending payments, and drop-offs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify individual/team-level gaps to improve productivity and conversions.
Implement sales strategies, scripts, and processes to improve conversion rates and revenue realization.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Training, and Program teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of enrolled candidates.
Identify reasons for candidate drop-offs and implement corrective actions to improve conversion and retention.
Maintain accurate sales MIS and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, revenue, targets, and team performance to senior management.
