Your Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be at the centre of our growth.
You'll build relationships, develop project opportunities, influence product specifications, and work closely with clients throughout the project journey.

What You'll Do




Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMCs, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify new projects, connect with key decision-makers, and create a strong sales pipeline.
Introduce clients to our range of ceiling, acoustic, partition, and architectural solutions.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits.
Understand project requirements and recommend the right products and systems.
Track opportunities from initial enquiry → specification → quotation → execution → completion.
Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
Work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver the right solution to every client.
Achieve sales and business development targets while building a solid professional network across Kerala.
