Job Description – Termination Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cable termination, glanding, and lugging for electrical systems.
Install and connect LV/MV cables, junction boxes, panels, and electrical equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, and termination diagrams.
Carry out continuity, insulation resistance, and other required electrical tests.
Ensure proper identification, routing, dressing, and termination of cables.
Follow project specifications, electrical standards, and HSE procedures.
Coordinate with electricians, supervisors, and other site teams to complete work as scheduled.
Inspect completed terminations and rectify defects when required.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.




Experience in industrial, oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects preferred.
Knowledge of cable glands, lugs, ferrules, termination kits, and electrical tools.
Ability to understand electrical drawings and cable schedules.
Positive knowledge of electrical safety and site work practices.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with LV/MV cable termination.
Familiarity with industrial electrical installations.
Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
