About the Role:
Macsen Aviation is looking for a Front Desk Officer who is professional, confident, well-presented, cheerful, and customer-focused. The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple clients and visitors efficiently while maintaining a qualified and courteous approach. The role will also involve coordinating bookings and managing the overall customer journey for clients, ensuring that every interaction with Macsen Aviation is smooth, well-coordinated, and memorable
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome, greet, and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a cheerful, warm courteous and professional manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently.




Coordinate guest arrivals and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
Manage client bookings and coordinate booking-related requirements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Take ownership of the overall customer journey, from the client's first interaction and arrival through their visit and departure.

Represent Macsen Aviation with a high level of energy, hospitality, professionalism, and enthusiasm at all times.
Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit documentation.
Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks.

Provide general office support and maintain confidentiality of company information.
