Role Description

The Business Data Analyst role at Lumenore is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. In this role, the analyst will gather, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The analyst will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments, translating complex findings into clear, actionable business insights.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, building and maintaining data models, validating data accuracy, and supporting the development of data-driven strategies and process improvements. The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting recommendations, and working closely with technical and business teams to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
