Role Overview
We’re seeking experienced (10+ years) Business Consultants with strong domain expertise in Life & Annuity/Property & Casualty/Pension/Group Perks to understand business needs, assess & consult, design & drive solutions, across transformation, digital, and AI programs. The role spans business analysis, consulting, requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, and deliver results ensuring quality.
In addition, contribution expected in Insurance Practice activities including pre-sales, solution accelerators, thought leadership, and mentoring

Qualifications and Experience
