Role Description The GM – Marketing, Sales, and Closing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, deal negotiation, and closure for residential and infrastructure projects. The role includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across channels.



The GM will monitor sales performance, set targets, and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling key customer escalations, reviewing market trends, and preparing management reports and forecasts.
