Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and service-oriented Bellman to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while assisting with luggage handling and guest movement throughout the hotel. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors to our property.
Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
