Role Description The Retail Banking Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballia. This role involves assisting customers with opening and managing accounts, handling deposits and withdrawals, and providing information on suitable banking products and services. The specialist will build and maintain strong customer relationships,



address service queries and issues, and ensure a smooth, efficient branch experience. Daily responsibilities include promoting retail banking offerings, supporting branch sales targets, processing routine transactions accurately, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with branch colleagues to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications

Strong Retail Banking and Finance skills, with knowledge of core banking products and services.
Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and documentation.
