Role Description
This is a full-time, in office YouTube Executive role based in Mumbai.
The YouTube Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Imarticus Learning's YouTube channels, ensuring consistent growth, engagement, and performance. The role involves planning and publishing content, optimizing videos for search and discoverability, managing channel operations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and audience engagement.
The individual will collaborate closely with the content, creative,



performance marketing, and video production teams to execute YouTube growth initiatives, ensure timely content publishing, and maximize the reach and impact of educational content.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the YouTube channel end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, scheduling, and maintenance.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata using YouTube SEO best practices.
Develop and execute strategies to improve channel performance, subscriber growth, watch time, and audience retention.
Monitor YouTube Analytics and generate actionable insights to improve content performance.
Coordinate with content creators, video editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
Manage YouTube Community posts, comments, and audience engagement
