Role Description The Assistant Manager E-Commerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for managing daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including listing products, optimizing content, monitoring inventory, and coordinating timely order processing and fulfillment. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing customer behavior and campaign results, and preparing regular reports to support data-driven decisions.



The Assistant Manager E-Commerce will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve online customer experience, handle escalations, and support promotional activities. The role also includes engaging with platform partners, negotiating terms where needed, and ensuring that brand standards and service levels are consistently maintained.
