Timba is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial team member to lead our digital growth and help build the next stage of our global brand.

You will take ownership Timba's digital presence, from how Timba is discovered, experienced and to converted online - from Shopify development, CRO, and discovery.

What you’ll lead:
• Shopify website management, merchandising and conversion-rate optimisation
• Technical, on-page and content-led SEO
• GEO - Generative Engine Optimisation, to improve Timba’s visibility and citations across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and other AI platforms
• Website structure, landing pages, product pages and international customer journeys
• Brand design across the website, campaigns, marketplaces and social media
• Analytics, reporting and experimentation to improve traffic, engagement and sales
• Coordination with content creators, developers, photographers and external specialists when required
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce




• Understands SEO deeply and is curious about the emerging GEO landscape
• Has a sharp visual eye and can work confidently with tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Understands consumer behaviour, conversion funnels and international D2C markets
• Can combine strategy with execution—you enjoy building, testing and improving things yourself
• Uses AI tools intelligently to accelerate research, content, design and operations
• Is comfortable working in an early-stage setting where priorities evolve quickly
• Thinks like an owner, communicates clearly and takes responsibility for outcomes
Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, movement or consumer products would be valuable, but it is not essential.
