Role Description The Administrative and Telecalling Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and supporting office operations. The specialist will handle telecalling activities, including contacting clients and partners, responding to inquiries, providing basic information about services, and following up on leads or pending documentation.



The role also includes assisting with communication between academic and consulting teams, organizing meetings and appointments, and ensuring smooth workflow across projects. This position requires consistent interaction with internal stakeholders and external contacts while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and record keeping
Effective telecalling and customer service skills, with transparent and professional communication over phone and email
