Ensure secure operation and maintenance of all electrical installations and equipment.
Monitor compliance with applicable DISH and electrical safety requirements.
Coordinate statutory inspections and maintain required records and certificates.
Ensure proper maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, MCCs, PCCs and other electrical equipment.
Monitor electrical preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper earthing, electrical protection and safety systems.
Conduct electrical safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Ensure timely closure of electrical safety observations and audit findings.
Supervise electrical maintenance personnel and contractors.
Support investigation of electrical incidents and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain electrical drawings, test reports, inspection records and statutory documents.
Coordinate with DISH/electrical authorities and other statutory agencies whenever required.
