Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all HSE standards within the plant.
Implement new safety initiatives and continuously improve the plant’s overall safety standards.
Prepare and execute daily production plans based on requirements received from the Plant Head.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with established standards.
Effectively manage and utilize manpower to achieve optimum productivity and operational efficiency.
Develop a positive understanding of shop-floor activities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments such as Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, QC, and HSE.
Monitor and control Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory to ensure optimum stock levels.




Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications for production reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
Identify and implement initiatives for productivity improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost reduction.
Support and participate in new product development, trials, commissioning, and implementation of new projects.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production performance, deviations, and improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement activities on the shop floor through effective problem-solving and teamwork.
