Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center/Claims Center Business Analyst with 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in insurance policy management and a deep understanding of the Guidewire Policy Center platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Guidewire Policy Center/Claims center.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.




Support the testing process by developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to end-users on the Guidewire Policy Center functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Guidewire and insurance policy management.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with Guidewire Policy Center/ Claims Center is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
