Experience • 5+ years of IT infrastructure support experience, with at least 3 years focused on Citrix DaaS administration. • Hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud platforms. • Proven L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities. • Hands-on expertise with ADDS (on-premises and cloud-hosted) integration with Citrix. • Experience configuring SAML SSO and Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication workflows. • Solid knowledge of Azure services including VMs, networking, and identity management. • Experience with Citrix components: Citrix Studio, Director, and Workspace. • Solid understanding of networking, security, and virtualization concepts
