Role Description The Amazon Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s presence on Amazon and related marketplaces. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, pricing, and catalog accuracy; monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock. The role also involves analyzing sales data, customer behavior,



and advertising performance to adjust strategies for higher conversions and profitability. The Amazon Manager will handle promotions, coupons, and campaigns; ensure compliance with Amazon policies; respond to customer queries and issues; and collaborate with internal teams on content, images, and branding. This role requires regular reporting on key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing operational improvements to strengthen OSLC’s online marketplace performance.
Qualifications
Experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts, including product listing, catalog management, and policy compliance.
Skills in analyzing sales data, KPIs, and marketplace reports to inform pricing, promotion, and inventory strategies.
Knowledge of Amazon advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and basic campaign optimization techniques.
