Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, and promoting the company’s range of honey products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market visits, presenting product information, negotiating pricing and contracts,



processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery coordination with the operations team. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to support promotional activities and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of FMCG or food products sales, preferably with experience in honey or related products.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software and managing sales documentation.
Ability to work independently in the field, plan routes and client visits, and meet defined sales targets.
