Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Interior Architect at KN Associates. The Interior Architect will be responsible for developing interior concepts, planning spaces, and preparing drawings and specifications that align with environmental and sustainability standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring design compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role also involves overseeing interior fit-out details, selecting materials and finishes,
and supporting project documentation from concept through execution. The Interior Architect will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and adapt solutions based on feedback and project constraints.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and functional layout development.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible material selection is preferred.
Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to produce drawings, presentations, and design narratives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills in a remote working environment
