Role Description The Senior Oracle Middleware and Digital Platforms Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing Oracle middleware and associated digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical business applications. Day-to-day tasks include managing deployments, monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating preventive maintenance and upgrades. The administrator collaborates with development, infrastructure,



and business teams to support integrations, implement best practices, and resolve complex technical issues. The role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of platform reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Oracle middleware administration (e.g., WebLogic, SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware) and related digital platforms.
Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across application servers and integrated services.
Knowledge of deployment automation, configuration management, and setting management in enterprise settings.
