About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take ownership of software quality and help build a scalable, reliable quality engineering function.

You will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, working closely with engineering and product teams to improve test automation, quality processes, and release confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall QA and quality engineering strategy
Build, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks
Develop and maintain automated end-to-end and integration tests
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows
Establish effective quality checks and release processes
Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency
Monitor and analyse defects and quality trends
Work closely with developers to improve product testability and quality
Investigate quality issues and help identify their root causes
Establish effective testing practices across the development lifecycle
Mentor and support QA engineers
Help develop and grow the QA function as the organisation scales





What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in software QA / Quality Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with test automation
Experience designing or owning automation frameworks
Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience with API and integration testing
Strong programming/scripting experience, preferably with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience working with automated test reliability and maintenance
Solid understanding of software quality practices
Experience mentoring or leading QA engineers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
