Role Description:
The LFS Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading and expanding Rupa’s business. We are looking for a agile and result-driven "LFS Manager", having a good experience of 10+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales within the innerwear, apparel, hosiery, textile, or garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales growth across Large Format Stores.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned LFS accounts.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, new store listings, and category.
Negotiate commercial terms, product listings, promotions, pricing, and annual agreements.




Ensure product availability and optimum stock levels across all stores.
Monitor planogram compliance, shelf visibility, merchandising, and promotional displays.
Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Analyze sales trends, store productivity, and category performance.
Track KPIs such as sales achievement, fill rate, off-take, stock cover, and visibility compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
Work closely with supply chain and distributors to maintain healthy stock levels.
Monitor fill rates, inventory aging, and replenishment cycles.
Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Lead and coach merchandisers, promoters, and field executives.
Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Modern Trade Sales is mandatory.
