Your Contribution
Support in the implementation of all MORE-related design activities within India, including the introduction of regional, BU- and subject-specific process and system templates
Coordination and operational integration of all relevant systemic and organizational interfaces
Reporting of deviations from standard processes to the governance of the domain Finance
Setting up expert networks
Assuming the role of a sub-project leader for the domain Finance to actively support the defined (sub-) project objectives
Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-) process control, ensuring the completeness of the regional process as well as continuous process improvement
Support for the standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes
Minimum Requirement
University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
Many years of professional experience in Finance
Deep understanding of the underlying values of the global MAHLE organization
Solid coordination and leadership skills
Experience in project management on an international Level
Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 Hana
Very good communication sk
